Cheddar, Somerset

A greenfield site on the edge of Cheddar successfully promoted through the local plan. Following parish council support and chosen as a preferred site in the neighbourhood plan, planning was submitted and granted for 67 dwellings. A competitive sale process followed and the site was successfully sold and is currently under construction.
